The QA Insights Team focus on providing key data insights to our colleagues in QA. You will be a leading member of the team delivering accurate and timely data driven analysis to stakeholders; allowing them to make informed decisions for the success of QA and our Learners. You will be leading a team of BI Analysts in their delivery supporting development and building up skill sets to deliver against our business roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and visualise data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop the capability of the individuals within the Analysis team. Sharing knowledge and technical expertise to improve data analysis at departmental level.
