Business Intelligence & Analytics Delivery Lead (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business BI lead between functional SPOCs and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear analytics requirements with scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure traceability from business requirement through build, testing, and final sign-off.
• Prioritize and resolve reporting demands across R2R, P2P, D2F, and P2D workstreams, using value, risk, regulatory impact, and delivery constraints to guide decisions.
• Escalate unresolved conflicts to program leadership with clear options and recommendations.
• Steer key solution design choices, such as embedded analytics vs. Power BI, real-time vs. batch reporting, and standard content vs. custom extensions.
