Large operator of neighborhood hospitals is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join its growing BI & Analytics function. This role targets to expand the team's development capacity, accelerate delivery of a consolidation roadmap, and reduce dependency on senior team members for day-to-day reporting tasks.

The successful candidates will own their work end-to-end - from requirements gathering through delivery - and will contribute to establishing consistent reporting standards, consolidated semantic models, and comprehensive technical documentation across Client's BI environment.

• 3+ years of hands‑on Power BI development - semantic modeling, DAX, report design
• Solid Qlik Sense experience (cloud‑based; data modeling and visualization)
• Strong SQL / T‑SQL skills for data exploration and query development
