About the Role

Our Business Lending Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Kiwibank’s frontline and Business Banking teams. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Business Banking Managers by managing loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical support to Business Banking Managers with loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders and handle customer queries, compliance matters, and other challenges to deliver seamless solutions.
• Assist with team-wide improvements and participate in technology initiatives.
