<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><br />
 Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and renewal targets.<br />
 Develop new business in universities, engineering colleges, research institutions, and government organizations.<br />
 Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closure.<br />
 Build strong relationships with librarians, faculty, researchers, and procurement stakeholders.<br />
 Execute account plans to grow wallet share and identify upsell opportunities.<br />
 Conduct product demos, workshops, and awareness programs to increase adoption and usage.<br />
 Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.<br />
