**Overview**

We’re building a new centralised Business Management (BM) team to transform how Commercial HR operates globally, bringing greater consistency, scalability, and impact. This Americas-based role supports members of the Geo Commercial HR Leadership Team, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the leader on high-context, high-impact work, while remaining part of the broader global Commercial HR BM model.

We are looking for a **Business Manager** to join the team. This role is intentionally focused on work that requires deep context, judgement, and proximity to senior leaders. You will operate as a strategic partner and advisor, translating priorities into action, orchestrating execution across complex environments, and ensuring leaders are able to operate at their highest impact.
