Business Operations Analyst

• Oversee payment operations, daily bank reconciliations ensuring transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and escalation potential red flags, including adverse media, PEP status or unusual activity patterns.
• Take ownership of payment function transfers, ensuring seamless handovers and continuity in operations.
• Accurately update new client information in relevant systems (back office, online trading platforms).
• Coordinate remediation and resolution steps with the business for issues and incidents impacting the trading platform(s), inclusive of platform outages and associated impact on client orders and trades.
• Provide trading operations support, including but not limited to handling internal service requests, operational requests, and partner agreements.
