What You will Be Doing

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Proactively track and expedite orders, resolving issues to maintain timelines. Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and develop SOPs to improve efficiency. Leverage ERP/Ariba and reporting tools to drive visibility and support decision-making.

Core Competencies

  • Willing to take ownership and can manage work independently.
  • Need to be proactive and solution-oriented, not just task-driven.
  • Can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly in English (verbal & written).
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights).
  • Open to working on Indian public/national holidays.
