Once a new customer agreement is finalized, this individual takes ownership of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales cycle into operational execution. The role is responsible for understanding customer requirements, establishing inventory and forecasting strategies, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring customers are fully operational before transitioning them to the Customer Experience team for ongoing support.
