Primary Responsibilities
Business Partnering – Serves as HR Business Partner for the Plant. Working closely with Operation teams to deliver customized, forward-looking solutions, programs and policies addressing on-demand and future requirement of the teams.Talent Resourcing & Management - Develop strategies to attract, drive and retain potential in the organization.
