The ideal candidates are skilled in problem-solving, and possess a strong understanding of both business and technical environments, and are committed to continuous improvement. They will play a key role in analyzing and redesigning processes to optimize performance and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business needs align with IT solutions. The role requires strategic planning, project management, and communication skills, along with the capacity to mentor junior staff and oversee complex, multi-site projects.
