Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Officer to evaluate, design, and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

• Reviews existing Policies, Procedures and Guidelines (PPG) to ensure applicable and compliance through process documentation and improvement action/s in coordination with process owners prior approval of Quality Management Representative (QMR).
• Registers controlled documents for compliance with documentation policy and control process.
• Monitors Non Conformity (NC) and suggests/recommends actions for possible NC resolution.
• Regularly reviews and updates Roster of Risk and Opportunities.
• Conducts cycle audits and monitors compliance with approved PPG for internal and external audits.
