Job Summary We are looking for a CRM Process Specialist (D365 CRM / SAP Integration) to support the implementation, optimization, and digitalization of customer-facing business processes across regional operations. This role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects while working closely with the internal SAP S/4HANA team to ensure smooth integration between CRM and ERP business processes.
Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects. Configure and support D365 CRM functions and workflows based on business and operational requirements. Support the digitalization and optimization of sales, customer service, and related business processes. Conduct system testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation enhancement activities.
