We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Sales Operations Executive to support and enhance our Transportation (B2B) operations.
The ideal candidate will oversee client coordination, order processing, and operational execution while ensuring service excellence and driving business growth through upselling and data-driven decision-making.
What you will deliver Coordinate with B2B clients to receive and manage transport orders, ensuring seamless execution.
Assign, track, and monitor orders using the Transportation Management System (TMS) .
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain strong and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and offering value-added logistics solutions.
Analyze operational and sales data to enhance efficiency, service performance, and profitability.
