Job Description Summary Soft Service / GMP Supervisor position oversees soft services such as Transportation, Cafeteria, Waste Management, Landscaping and coordinates vendors and performance delivery. Focus is on ensuring first‑rate customer experience at all times, working closely between operations and clients to embed experience across all site services.
Responsibilities - Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for GMP manufacturing facility space.
- Coordinate with service providers (transportation, cafeteria, waste management, landscaping, handymen) and support engineering works with Hard Services Supervisor.
- Perform routine site inspections daily to ensure office space and infrastructure are in good condition and that work complies with safety risk assessment and method statements.
