Business Support Officer – Downpatrick

We are currently looking for a Business Support Officer, required to work with Newry, Mourne and Down Council. This role will be based in the Downshire Civic Centre in Downpatrick.

This is a temporary role required for a period of 9 weeks, but may be extended based on performance. This role will vary in hours, therefore all applicants must be fully flexible Monday – Friday. The pay rate is £14.52 per hour.

The main duties will include:

• General administration
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records
• Organising meetings and taking minutes.
• Process financial transactions (recording and receipt of all monies)
