- Document functional requirements for the system(s) in alignment with GDO/R&D business and strategic priorities
- Support the Business System Owner in the development of the overall clinical system roadmap
- Support system gap analyses for the enablement of new capabilities.
- Partner with the Product Manager(s) for the clinical systems to ensure functional requirements are translated to system requirements and planned for releases
- Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and accurately.
