We’re partnering with a large, multi-site organisation that operates complex venues and events across Queensland. They’re seeking a Business Systems Administrator to support critical operational platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is a business-facing role working across systems, data and stakeholders, with new system implementations underway.
The role
You’ll support and optimise core operational systems used for CRM, events, bookings and incident management. You’ll act as the key link between business users, vendors and technical teams, ensuring systems are reliable, fit-for-purpose and delivering value.
