Our Client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Credit Card Marketing for their Mount Laurel, NJ location.
 

Responsibilities:

Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements from credit card marketing stakeholders, translating complex marketing workflows — including campaign setup, offer configuration, and loyalty program management — into detailed BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams for technology teams.

Serve as the primary liaison between credit card marketing and IT/engineering teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles to ensure marketing platforms (CRM, campaign management tools, decisioning engines) are configured and enhanced to meet evolving business needs.
