Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the team of one of their utility customers. The Senior Business Technology Analyst / Business Technology Analyst (BTA) plays a strategic role supporting AI-driven initiatives and broader business operations within Electric Distribution. This individual partners with business and IT teams to define, analyze, and translate complex business needs into technical solutions that improve grid intelligence, operational efficiency, and decision support. This role is responsible for gathering and structuring requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing plans, and supporting the design, development, and deployment of both project- and product-based solutions.
