Business Systems Analyst II, APAC Supply Chain

Purpose Statement:

The Business System Analyst role will provide day-to-day operational support for SAP and an in-house Order-to-Cash (OTC) application, ensuring stability, quality, and continuous improvement of business processes. The role includes incident management, system enhancements, testing, data reporting & analytics, and stakeholder management across APAC. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across IT and business teams in a fast‑paced supply chain environment.
