Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II – Manual Tester (Empower LOS) for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute manual test scripts based on finalized business and functional requirements.

+ Perform end-to-end functional testing across Empower LOS and Loan Officer Digital platforms.

+ Validate mortgage lending workflows, business scenarios, and system integrations.

+ Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and support defect resolution cycles.

+ Ensure compliance validation for regulatory workflows (e.g., TRID and related controls).

+ Collaborate with business, release, and QA teams to highlight gaps, risks, and testing readiness.
