Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst III to support cross-functional initiatives by evaluating business processes and identifying technology-driven improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document functional needs for system-related initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and communicate them effectively to development and technical teams.
• Meet with internal clients to understand processing needs, business challenges, and desired system outcomes.
• Evaluate current workflows and operational practices to identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency.
• Conduct analysis such as cost-benefit and return-on-investment assessments to support system implementation decisions.
• Observe end-user activities, gather feedback, and analyze how information is created, used, and shared across processes.
