Insight Global is seeking Business Systems Analyst to join a cross‑functional Fixed Income Data Enablement team, supporting a large-scale initiative to modernize data architecture. This role sits at the intersection of Fixed Income business strategy, data governance, and technology delivery, with a strong emphasis on data warehousing, data pipelines, and stakeholder enablement. The team is currently migrating from a legacy on‑prem SQL Server architecture toward a future cloud-based data platform, while simultaneously enhancing credit applications, data positioning, and enterprise data quality across both public and private Fixed Income. This is a highly visible role working closely with front-office portfolio teams, quants, credit analysts, and technical delivery teams, requiring strong domain expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to drive work forward in a fast-paced Agile environment.
