Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support Calian’s recruitment transformation initiative. This role focuses on the implementation and ongoing configuration of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), translating recruiting and business requirements into scalable, compliant, and user-friendly system configurations that enable efficient hiring and a strong candidate experience. The position also ensures operational administration, governance, and integrity of ATS and Avature data post go-live.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business groups to translate requests into technical solutions and configure Avature for approved changes
• Troubleshoot end-user requests and resolve workflow and configuration issues
