1. Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance):
Bachelor s degree in information systems, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
3 years hands-on experience with contract management, specifically software licenses.
Ability to perform contract usage evaluations, write clear findings, and create prioritized remediation plans based on compliance with current policies.
Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, or formal review processes (internal controls, risk tracking, corrective action plans).
Proven ability to lead (not just participate): facilitate working sessions, manage a backlog of fixes, track compliance progress, and report status/risks.
