About The Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll operate across both technical and functional areas, delivering enhancements and driving innovation within our global Unit4 ERP system. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, ensuring systems evolve to meet real-world needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver system enhancements and functionality improvements
• Identify opportunities to optimise ERP performance
• Collaborate across teams to streamline data and reduce inefficiencies
• Provide expert support and guidance on business process changes
• Manage 3rd line support and ensure system reliability
• Maintain high standards of governance, documentation, and QA

Key Skills

• Good all-round IT knowledge
• Experience of working on and supporting ERP systems (preferably Unit4)
• Ability to create, document and implement solutions based on a set of requirements
