Role purpose The Business Unit Director – Oncology is responsible for leading the oncology and hematology portfolio across Gulf markets, driving sustainable growth and maximizing the value of current and future assets. The role holds full P&L accountability and leads cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and market access to execute strategy, launch new products and build a high-performing, agile organization.
