Job Description:
The Country Delivery Head – Vaasa is the single point of accountability for all engineering projects and accounts executed out of the Finland delivery center. This is a customer-facing, P&L-conscious leadership role that demands the full integration of delivery excellence, commercial discipline, and strategic customer stewardship. The role-holder acts as the primary face of the organization for all Finland-based clients while simultaneously driving seamless collaboration with the India-based delivery teams and enabling functions across finance, HR, legal, and quality.
