Busser
A busser is responsible for cleaning dishes in a food service environment to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean trays, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Their duties include cleaning tables and taking dishes to the kitchen, cleaning spills, answering questions from guests and throwing trash.
