Job Description

Responsibilities:
Break down whole beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and fish into usable cuts for the kitchen
Trim, portion, and prepare various meats to chef specifications and menu requirements
Ensure all meats are handled and stored according to food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor quality and freshness of all meat products, reporting any spoilage or concerns
Clean and maintain station, tools, and equipment to meet health code standards
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand for long periods
Passion for food and willingness to learn
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
