Job Description & Requirements Job Responsibilities: Process raw meat according to production schedule and customer specifications, including cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning and packaging Operate and maintain factory butchering equipment (e.g. meat saws, band saws, grinders, slicers) safely and correctly, performing basic cleaning and maintenance to ensure equipment functionality. Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout all processes, including wearing PPE, keeping work areas clean and preventing cross contamination. Follow production targets and deadlines Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a smooth production line. 5.5 days work week Job Requirement: Proven experience as a butcher Proficient in butchering techniques for various types of meat Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads (up to 20kg), perform repetitive tasks and work in cold environment with temperature between 10 degrees to 12 degre...
