The Butler is an operational role responsible for delivering professional service support and contributing to the smooth execution of service activities, events, and logistical operations. Working independently and as part of a team, the Butler applies trained competencies to uphold organisational standards and represent the organisation with integrity, service, excellence, professionalism, discipline, and teamwork. This role builds upon foundational training and requires the ability to operate with minimal supervision, maintain service readiness, and steward service quality in alignment with the organisational standards of Istana and President’s Office.
