Buyer II Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our growing supply chain team. This role is critical in ensuring timely purchase order execution, improving supplier responsiveness, and maintaining accurate ERP data. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of expediting orders, resolving discrepancies, and minimizing supply chain disruptions.
Key Responsibilities

+ Execute, process, and confirm purchase orders with speed and accuracy

+ Proactively manage and resolve past-due and unconfirmed PO lines

+ Expedite orders and coordinate delivery commitments with suppliers

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communication and follow-ups

+ Maintain accurate, real-time data in the ERP system
