Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Buyer to support procurement activities for oil & gas / offshore projects. The role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services in compliance with project specifications, company policies, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Sourcing Execute end-to-end procurement activities (RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, award) Source suppliers for materials, equipment, and services (e.g., piping, valves, structural steel, MRO items) Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with project requirements 2. Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers Maintain and manage approved vendor lists (AVL) Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, pricing) 3.
