As the Buying Group Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Reliable Controls Buying Group program, ensuring that our authorized dealer network experiences seamless and efficient services. You will also lead the Customer Care team, fostering an environment that encourages consistent and exceptional service and support. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, you’ll partner with them to develop and implement strategic initiatives that expand and strengthen our partner network and enhance the quality of support we provide.
