In collaboration with the Senior Director, Training and Cabin Standards, the incumbent acts as an expert in cabin standards. They support operational teams and ensure regulatory compliance, equipment quality and the application of cabin standards, while contributing to the continuous improvement of practices and tools for cabin crew.
