What will you be doing?

• The role is responsible for developing, standardizing, and optimizing advanced multi‑axis CNC programming strategies using CAD/CAM software, while maintaining the integrity of CNC programs through structured file management. It involves leading the development of robust machining processes, including tooling selection, cutting parameters, fixturing concepts, and machining sequences, with strong emphasis on standardization, capability, and efficiency.
• In addition, the role ensures alignment between design intent, machining execution, and inspection requirements through GD&T‑driven strategies, while maintaining CNC programming governance in compliance with QMS standards.
