The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and a proven track record of implementing successful process improvements. Candidates must have 0-1 years of industrial engineering experience with demonstrated understanding of process improvement implementation.

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering methodologies.
• Design and optimize layouts for production facilities, warehouses, and other operational areas.
