• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
• Previous experience in healthcare/medical call center or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
