Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service requests
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive patient experience
- Maintain call logs and update records in internal systems
- Follow company protocols and customer service standards
Requirements - Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in healthcare/medical call center or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
