Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
