Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Problem-Solving: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service.
  3. Data Management: Document customer interactions, update account details, and elevate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Lead Generation experience (preferred but not required).
  • Sales/ Insurance/ Appointment Setter experience is a plus.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fast learner, highly trainable with good analytical skills.
  • Reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Value attendance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
