Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Effectively communicate complex information in both Korean and English
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Korean and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
