TASQ is seeking a call center trainer to immediately fill an on-site position.

The preliminary pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.

Job Title: Call Center Trainer (Cebu)

Work Setup: On-site in Cebu City

Shift: 1 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday (Set Schedule)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center Trainer in any specialization (such as product-specific or language training)
  • At least a high school diploma

Upon regularization:

  • 10 Vacation Leaves (VL), 10 Sick Leaves (SL), and 5 Emergency Leaves (EL)
  • HMO Health Insurance available starting in the 4th month (covers the employee and one additional dependent)
