• Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Provide accurate details on services, pricing & policies
• Coordinate service requests with dispatch & technicians
• Ensure follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
• Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy & professionalism

• High school diploma or above
• Experience in customer service or call centers
• Strong communication skills
