  • Handling incoming calls on Service hotline
  • Act as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times
  • Attend to customer queries and schedule appointments with service teams
  • Provide solutions and alternatives to customers
  • Assist Supervisors to resolve daily operation issues
  • Job Requirement

  • GCE ā€˜N’ Level and above
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Pleasant disposition with strong service mindset
  • Training is provided
  • 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays)

    Selected applicant will commence on 4 months contract, subsequently on 12 months renewable basis
