Call & Chat (Conversational Banking)


📍 Amsterdam | 32 hours | Hybrid


In this role, you lead the development and continuous improvement of chat and call journeys for millions of customers. You work closely with Dev/Ops teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant and customer‑centric solutions, including the responsible use of GenAI.


What you'll do



  • Own and improve chat and call journeys (CSAT driven)

  • Develop scalable conversational solutions across channels

  • Use data and insights to optimize customer experience

  • Drive risk‑aware and compliant innovation


What you bring



  • 4-6 years' experience in Customer Journey, CX or Product roles

  • Strong affinity with AI, chatbots and technology
