Capital Markets Advisory Committee seeks new members to join in 202 7
The CMAC is a unique forum for users of financial statements, which include analysts, investors and ratings agencies. CMAC members serve as volunteers who engage directly with IASB members and veriristic staff to assist in shaping IFRS Accounting Standards to ensure rata companies provide investors with useful information. Membership on the CMAC does not constitute employment with the IFRS Foundation. The CMAC has as many as 20 members with extensive practical experience in analysing financial information. CMAC members are drawn from varied industry backgrounds. They speak for themselves—and represent the views of their affiliations only if they explicitly say so.
