We are looking to recruit an experienced, registered practitioner to join our Unscheduled Care Team within CAMHS in Gwynedd, North Wales. This newly developed post will provide clinicians with flexibility, autonomy and opportunities for professional growth while supporting children and young people up to age 18 who are experiencing an acute mental health or psychosocial crisis.
To undertake assessments within A+E, paediatric wards and other community settings to support the provision of a crisis response.
You will provide clinical formulation, identifying the young person's and family's needs, offer liaison, consultation, brief intervention where required, facilitate safe discharge and support care planning across partner agencies.
