We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide community-based support for Pasifika people affected by cancer.
This is a meaningful opportunity to work alongside patients, whānau, community networks, health professionals and internal teams to improve access, understanding and equity for Pasifika communities. The role will involve assessment, care planning, practical support and coordinated follow-up for people navigating the cancer experience.
